MUMBAI: China-based smartphone manufacturer unveils the thinnest smartphone ‘Umeox X5’. The device is 5.6 mm thick.

The phones sports an android 4.2 Jelly Bean, 5.3-inch touchscreen, dual-core processor, 8 MP rear camera, 3 MP front camera and rest of the features are yet to be revealed.

The price and the availability of the product is yet to be disclosed. ‘Umeox X5’ will reportedly release in France first, then it will be launched in other countries.

Less than a week ago, Huawei launched the Ascend P6 in London that was 6.9 mm thin device claimed to be the thinnest smartphone in the world at that time.
