Samsung unveils S3500

Samsung has launched a new basic phone - the Samsung S3500. The mobile phone is the latest addition to the company's entry level phone range. The new slider phone approved by the FCC integrates simple features and few easy to use functions.

The S3500 sports a 320 x 240 resolution QVGA display screen that can generate 262k colors. The slider phone measures 99.9 x 48.0 x 13.9mm and supports quad-band GSM/EDGE connectivity. Its other features include 2 megapixel, FM radio, music player, Bluetooth and a USB port.
It packs in 35MB of an internal memory that can be expanded further via an external memory card slot. The phone also features a WAP browser, access to e-mails, messaging and organizer.

The price is yet to be announced.
