Big FM ruled in Mumbai and Bengaluru during week 26

MUMBAI: According to RAM statistics for week 26 of 2015, Big FM held the top spot in Mumbai and Bengaluru with a market share of 18.1 per cent and 21.2 per cent, respectively. In Delhi, Fever FM held the first spot with a market share of 18.8 per cent, while in Kolkata Radio Mirchi took the top spot with a market share of 19.2 per cent.

In Mumbai, Radio City took second place with a market share of 17. 3 per cent, and registered a TSL of 5.35 and TARP of 1.2 per cent. Fever FM held third position with a market share of 13.7 per cent and registered TSL of 6.42. In fourth place was Radio Mirchi with a market share of 13.5 per cent and TSL of 4.03, followed by Red FM in fifth position with a market share of 11.1 per cent. In Mumbai, Anu Kapoor’s ‘Suhana Safar at Big FM’ was the city’s top show, registering a TARP of 3.3 per cent (12 plus years).

In Delhi, Radio Mirchi held the second spot with a market share of 12.6 per cent and it registered a TSL of 3.35. Radio City came in third with a market share of 12.5 per cent and TSL of 3.39. In the fourth spot was Big FM with a market share of 11 per cent and TSL of 3.19. Next in line was Red FM with a market share of 10.3 per cent. ‘Evening Drive with Nitin’ held the highest TARP in the city.

Following Radio Mirchi, which took the top spot in Kolkata, was Big FM with a market share of 15.3 per cent and TSL of 4.28. Oye FM came in third spot with a market share of 11.2 per cent and TSL of 3.52. Next in line was Fever FM with a market share of 11.1 per cent and TARP of 0.9 per cent. Radio Mirchi’s early morning show ‘Kaali Kotha’ with RJ Jaganath registered the highest TARP of 3.5 per cent (12 plus years).

In Bengaluru, Radio City registered a market share of 20.8 per cent, taking the second spot on the table. It was followed by Radio Mirchi with a market share of 17.7 per cent, TSL of 7.35 and TARP of 2 per cent, while Fever FM held the fourth spot with a market share of 12.1 per cent. Meanwhile, Big FM’s show ‘Big Coffee’ with RJ Shruti, registered a TARP of 5.5 per cent.
