Second week at the top for Big FM in Mumbai

MUMBAI: BIG FM suffered a fall in shares by 0.3 per cent and finished Week 04 with 18 per cent shares and T.S.L of 6. However, the dip did not stop BIG FM from retaining the top position at the charts in Mumbai. BIG FM replaced Radio City as the best performer in the last week and continued the dominance through the Week 04. Radio City finished the week with shares of 17.5 per cent and the T.S.L of 5.31. Fever FM regained the third position with shares rising to 15.4 per cent and T.S.L of 6.51 (highest in the city). Radio Mirchi (13.4 per cent shares) and Red FM (10.3 per cent) followed Fever FM at the fourth and fifth positions respectively.

In Delhi, Fever FM topped the chart as the shares of 19.5 per cent and T.S.L of 4.48 helped them comfortably retain the top position. Radio Mirchi retained the second position with improved shares from 13.4 per cent to 13.9 per cent and T.S.L of 3.23. Radio City finished the week at the third position with 12.4 per cent of shares. BIG FM couldn't maintain the consistency of shares for two weeks as the radio station experienced a fall, finishing the week at 10.9 per cent and T.S.L (3.16) for Week 03. Red FM replaced BIG FM at the fourth position with improved shares of 11.2 per cent. Oye! FM (6.6 per cent shares) and Hit FM (3.9 per cent shares) follow at sixth and seventh positions respectively.

In Kolkata, Radio Mirchi continues to dominate with growth in shares (18.7 per cent to 18.9 per cent) and T.S.L of 4.25. BIG FM had an impressive week with shares rising from 14.7 per cent to 16.1 per cent. Fever FM, at the third position, with the rise in shares (from 14.7 per cent to 15.7 per cent) and growth in T.S.L (from 5.21 to 5.38). The rest of the positions remains unchanged with Oye! FM (9.9 per cent shares) and Aamar FM (9.4 per cent shares) finishing the week at fourth and fifth positions. Red FM (7.8 per cent) at seventh, Friends FM (4.4 per cent) at eighth and Power FM (2.6 per cent) at ninth positions makes for the week 03 charts in Kolkata.

Maintaining the state of the radio station with the highest T.S.L in the country, Radio City finished the third week with 24.1 per cent shares and T.S.L of 10.29 in Bengaluru. Big FM retained the second position in the city with the shares of 20.7 per cent and T.S.L of 8.22. Radio Mirchi (shares - 17.1 per cent), Fever FM (14.3 per cent), and Red FM (5.2 per cent) finished the week at third, fourth and fifth positions respectively. Radio Indigo recorded the lowest per cent of shares in the city (2.1) and T.S.L of 3.02.
