RAM week 3: Big FM regains the top position in Mumbai

MUMBAI: With 18.3 per cent of shares and T.S.L. of 6.11 BIG FM regained the top of the charts place in Mumbai. BIG FM replaced Radio City as the best performer for the Week 03 (10 Jan - 16 Jan) in the city. Radio City finished the week with an improved rating for shares of 17.8 per cent and T.S.L of 5.26. Fever FM regained the third position with shares rising to 15.3 per cent and T.S.L increasing to 7.03 (highest in the city). Radio Mirchi (15.3 per cent shares) and Red FM (13.7 per cent shares) followed Fever FM at the fourth and fifth positions respectively.

In Delhi, Fever FM topped the chart with shares of 19.3 per cent and T.S.L of 4.55 that helped it comfortably regain the top position. Radio Mirchi retained the second position despite a fall in shares - 14.5 per cent compared to 13.4 per cent this week- and T.S.L of 3.28. Radio City finished the week at the third position with 12.1 per cent of shares. Big FM repeated its figures in shares (11.8 per cent) and T.S.L (3.38) for Week 03. Red FM (10.7 per cent shares), Oye! FM (6.5 per cent shares) and Hit FM (4.1 per cent shares) followed at fifth, sixth and seventh positions respectively.

In the City of Joy, Kolkata, Radio Mirchi topped the charts once again with shares of 18.7 per cent and T.S.L of 4.34. Big FM replaced Fever FM at the second position with rise in shares (from 14 per cent to 14.7 per cent) and growth in T.S.L (from 4.47 to 5.21). Fever FM fell by 1 position to third with shares of 14.7 per cent and T.S.L of 5.13. The rest of the positions remained unchanged with Oye! FM and Aamar FM finishing the week at fourth and fifth positions. Red FM at seventh, Friends FM at eighth and Power FM at ninth positions made the week 03 charts in Kolkata.

Maintaining the statistics of the radio station with the highest T.S.L in the country, Radio City finished the third week with 23.5 per cent shares and T.S.L of 10.18. Big FM retained the second position in the city with the shares of 21 per cent and T.S.L of 8.32. Radio Mirchi (shares - 17.1 per cent), Fever FM (14.3 per cent), and Red FM (5.2 per cent) finished the week at third, fourth and fifth positions respectively.
