Indigo FM reboots with non music led programming

MUMBAI: Bengaluru headquartered Indigo FM continues to strengthen its programming in innovative ways. To bolster its positioning as a station for a 'Fun Young You', the network has now launched a new show on the late evening slot - Pillow Talk.

Hosted by RJ Ayesha Barretto at 9 pm daily, the show has Ayesha treating the audience to tales of love and romance; and a chance to relive fond memories. The show has love and romantic tunes that compliment Ayesha's lively narratives.

The late night soft talk show is offset by another new weekend morning show on Indigo - Offsite with Melodee Austin, that airs  Sundays from 10 am. RJ Melodee talks to the city's top corporate honchos, entrepreneurs, administrators over a casual banter, deep diving into the life of these successful individuals, bringing out the lighter side and showcasing their hidden talent.

The Fitness Hour – a dedicated fitness show for the first time on radio has been airing on Indigo since July. With experts talking health and nutrition with energetic music curated for a good workout, Indigo’s Fitness Hour has helped listeners sweat it out every morning from 7 - 10 am.

Announcing the reboot formally on the occasion of their anniversary party at Indigo Live Music Bar, Indigo CEO Satya Narayana Murthy said, "As a brand we are constantly pushing the bar of innovation. Through these offerings, our listeners get to experience non-music content that is both engaging and immersive. Fitness Hour is the first pure play fitness programming on Indian Radio as is daily dramatized Love Stories which we launched as Pillow Talk. Through Off Site, we showcase the unknown facets of the Corporate Leaders. The endeavor is to offer differentiated and niche content and gives more reasons for the listeners to tune-in to the station."
