Adding an element of fun and raising the engagement quotient this cricket season, the radio channel brings an exciting contest titled ‘Big Catch’ for its listeners. Through the contest, 20 selected winners, will get a wonderful chance to meet and greet the ace cricketer on 11 May.
The radio channel commenced the lively cricket celebration by providing live updates along with entertaining content to the listeners through ‘BIG Cricket Headquarter’ with expert cricketer Virender Sehwag. It will now pull the curtains down on the cricket drama with the selection of 20 lucky winners through its ‘Big Catch’ contest. As a part of the contest, five winners were selected through the digital medium, whereas 15 winners were chosen as a result of participating in an on-air activity. The five day digital contest comprised of videos and images based questions around cricket and Bollywood. One lucky winner was selected everyday based on his response and active participation on digital platforms.
However, the one hour on-air contest with RJ Dilipp running from 5 pm to 6 pm every evening saw a mix of songs where listeners are given an opportunity to catch the common link in a specific set of songs. The common link varied from the actor, director, singer, lyricist, song situation to anything else. Basis both the contests, 20 lucky winners will be selected to attend the meet and greet session with Sehwag organized by Big FM.

At the ‘meet and greet’ session, Virender Sehwag will share his experiences of donning the cap of a mentor for KXIP this IPL. As part of this, he will throw light on mentoring the young lot in the team, how he guided them throughout the tournament, apart from candidly interacting with the fans in the style that he is best known for.
