NEW DELHI: All India Radio earned Rs 4.54 billion from commercial advertisements during 2015-16.
Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Rajyavardhan Rathore told Parliament that AIR earned Rs 4.07 billion in 2014-15 and Rs 4.56 billion in 2013-14.
Akashvani (AIR) has 420 broadcasting stations operational in the country including 100 Watt FM Relay Stations.
