Amsterdam Dance Event releases first speaker list for ADE Global Sessions to be held in Mumbai

MUMBAI: After conducting successful editions in the Dutch Caribbean island country Aruba, The Amsterdam Dance Event, which is a business conference for electronic music, will be taking its global initiative to Mumbai from 7 April, 2016.

The global sessions in Mumbai will host interactive Q&A sessions with top DJs, which will include exclusive industry discussions, networking sessions, strategy meetings and master classes. ADE Global Sessions is a part of ADE's commitment to connect dance cultures worldwide. ADE Global Sessions Mumbai is a platform to meet professionals from the international electronic music industry. It will give people a chance to interact and meet, to get to know the market in India closely.

ADE Global Sessions with leading Indian media, communications and entertainment companies will present major figures from the electronic music industry in India. The event is from the perspective of the bookers, prompters to key element- artists. It will give insights and generate business opportunities for the buzzing Asian electronic music scene

Tickets for ADE Global Sessions Mumbai will go on sale in January 2016.The cost of tickets are £75 or Rs 5500.

Among the first confirmed speakers are:

V.A.L.I.S Head of Studio, Peter Martin, who is an academy award nominated producer.

BMI Great Britain director, writer/publisher relations executive director Europe & Asia, Brandon Bakshi. Bakshi is a key figure in the international song writing and publishing community. Also, while at BMI, he has been responsible for the signing of Daft Punk, Afrojack, Shaggy, Avicii, Deadmau5 and many others.

The Livescape director of live events & entertainment group, Rahul Kukreja, who which conceives markets and executes events like Electric Run, A State of Trance, Rockaway Festival and After Dark Social Club.

Hit The Ground Running’s Jonathan Christiansen. Hit The Ground Running oversees creative and licensing duties on both films and primetime network television, with shows like CSI, Silicon Valley, Gotham and the upcoming series Underground.

DJ Pierre, a Chicago born DJ and performer of house music who helped to develop the house-music sub-genre of acid house, as member of Phuture. Phutre’s 1987 EP ‘Acid Tracks’, was called the first acid-house recording.
