Colin Tilley, David Leiberman and Sammy Rubin launch new music video app- Triller

MUMBAI: Renowned music video director Collin Tilley, who has created music videos for artists like Justin Bieber, Nicki Minaj and Kendrick Lamar, along with app developers David Leiberman and Sammy Rubin, have announced the launch of a new music video app- Triller. With the app, users can pick their favourite songs and lip-sync to them, and record the entire process to create a high quality music video.

"With Triller, you don't have to be Colin Tilley to make a music video that looks like it was shot by Colin Tilley. The app truly democratizes the music video creation process. Whether you're hanging in the park with friends or an artist on tour, Triller makes it easy and fun to create great-looking music videos," said Leiberman.

"My editing friends and I always knew the iPhone was gonna lead to some kind of game-changer in video editing. Triller is it, and I'm really excited to be involved," said Tilley.

The app enables users to lip sync videos for the songs. A distinct feature of the app is the editing algorithm and the intelligent audio and facial analysis, which can detect where to cut. Triller, has added features like stylish filters, zooming capability, and can also allow users to tweak the video's edit to individual preferences. The videos can then be shared on all the social networking sites.

The app is available for free for iTunes, and can be downloaded from the App Store.
