Honey Singh makes his film debut with Himesh Reshammiya

MUMBAI: After becoming the country's current rapping sensation, 'Blue Eyes' singer Yo Yo Honey Singh is in no mood to slow down. Only recently he confirmed his acting debut on television, and now he will be seen in the upcoming film 'Xpose' in a negative role.

The 'Sunny Sunny' singer tweeted to his fans saying “Are u ready to watch Yo Yo Honey Singh playing 'Kenny Dhamania' (a negative Cameo) in film Xpose.”Along with the tweet he attached his look in the film. Yo Yo is not the only musician in the film. Playing the lead role is singer/ music producer Himesh Reshammiya. The trailer has so far received more than 1.8 million views.

The film is set in the 1960?s and the music of the thriller film is composed by Reshammiya. The trailer also features a romantic track 'Dard dilo ke' which has been sung by 'Baarish' famed singer Mohammad Irfan, while the lyrics have been penned by Sameer Anjaan. It also has a cabaret song 'Ice Cream Khaungi', penned by Shabbir Ahmed and is sung by Himesh Reshammiya, Yo Yo Honey Singh and Palak Muchchal.

The movie is directed by Ananth Mahadevan and produced by Reshammiya. It is slated to release on 16 May. The story follows the tale of two superstars played by Reshammiya and Yo Yo after they are embroiled in the murder investigation of a female character.
