NEW DELHI: The young music composer duo Dharam and Sandeep have been selected by veteran actor-filmmaker Satish Kaushik to put together the soundtrack of his ghost comedy 'Gang of Ghosts'.

Dharam and Sandeep have previously worked on various Hindi films. Their works include Music direction for movies like 'Main Aur Mrs Khanna', 'Rann', 'Raktha Charitra 1& 2', 'Department' and others. As music producers, they have contributed to films like Jab We Met, Chocolate, Golmaal, Golmaal Returns and many more.

Kaushik was looking for someone who could come up with a soundtrack that reflected the quirky nature of the plot that Gang of Ghosts boasts of. Since he wanted songs that were young, fun and unpredictable for the film which features a huge ensemble, Kaushik felt that it would be best suited if relatively fresh composers were given an opportunity.

Ratan Jain, who is producing the film along with Satish Kaushik, was impressed with the duo as well, and the composers were brought on board.

At the event launch, a medley of songs from Gang of Ghosts was performed live and received a huge shout out from the audience.

Produced by Ganesh Jain, Ratan Jain and Satish Kaushik, Gang of Ghosts is slated for release on 21 March.

The young talented duo is eagerly waiting for their upcoming releases 'Gang of Ghosts' and 'Tina and Lolo'.
