MUMBAI:
To pay tribute to the legendery guitarists, Vh1 India
will begin with a show called Vh1 Gods of Guitar that
will run throughout May.
The
show, that starts on 3 May, will air at 11 am on weekdays
with repeats at 11 pm.
The
show will air some exclusive concerts, videos and interviews
of guitar legends like Joe Satriani, Jimi Hendrix, Eric
Clapton, Carlos Santana, Slash and Mark Knopfler.

to the extensive genre encompassing the story of maestros
who shaped the guitar world through their innovation
and talent. Showcasing rare concerts, videos and interviews,
viewers will get to see show stopping moments of some
of the greatest guitar legends including riffs, licks
and solo performances. In our continuous endeavor to
offer our audiences an experience of the best of the
music world we have also announced an once-in-a-lifetime
opportunity to watch the legendary Joe Satriani live
in concert in Amsterdam."
Also,

that will be aired during the show.
