Big FM is being true to the summer blue! After receiving overwhelming response
for last summer's 'Cool Maal Dhamaal,' Big FM Hyderabad has come up with yet another
contest called the 'Big Ice cream Marathon'. The
'Big Ice-cream Marathon', a test for the cool and sharp listeners will begin on
April 29 and will go on till May 05, 2008. Through this fun-filled contest listeners
get to win 1000 litres of ice cream every hour at the station's breakfast show
'Big Sandadi' hosted by RJ Shekar. One lucky listener wins a refrigerator full
of ice- cream in each hour of the break fast show. | |

apart, taking the on-air action to streets, RJ Shekar will invite the listeners
to participate in the Big cool brain challenge where the contestant who eats the
maximum ice-cream in 3 minutes takes home 92.7 litres of ice-cream. The station's
OB van becomes an ice cream parlour and BIG RJs Srijyothi, Adonica, Krish and
Ishika will go around the town to different hang-out places, people who spot and
stop the van get to eat ice-cream to their heart's content. Big
FM Hyderabad, Station Director, Ashwin Padmanabhan says, 'The temperatures soaring
high this summer, Big 92.7 FM's 'BIG Ice cream Marathon' will surely prove to
be a Big hit since the contest is not just about fun and games for the callers,
