Designed by restaurateur and The Quarter co-founder Nico Goghavala, the menu, prepared with locally sourced ingredients and greens, herbs and edible flowers grown on the in-house walled vertical garden, features classic dishes such as jambalaya and southern fried chicken. The food will be matched with a drinks list that will include signature cocktails made with house syrups and fresh ingredients.
