Fever FM to pay tribute to RD Burman

BENGALURU: Last year Fever FM Bengaluru’s Rubina Patel enthralled retro music lovers, and more specifically lovers of Pancham da’s music, with a 17 hour marathon hosting on air – ‘U Me & RD’ to commemorate RD Burman’s birth anniversary. This year, the ‘Retro Queen’ as Rubina is called, plans a repeat on 27 July. The show last year garnered high TSL for 10 hours and around 10,000 SMS in a single day for Fever Bengaluru. Tupac Shakur music based show to hit Broadway

MUMBAI: Late West Coast rapper legend Tupac Shakur is set to rise again through his works on Broadway. The non-biographical ‘Holler If Ya Hear Me’ musical will be based on the rapper’s music, many of them unreleased material. 2Pac who was killed in a drive-by shooting in 1996, aged 25 was one of rap music’s biggest stars.
