Mehra and the music composer trio Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy have given fantastic soundtracks from ‘Bhaag Milkha Bhaag’ in the past. A Harshvardhan Kapoor, Saiyami Kher, and Anuj Chaudhary starrer film was actually exciting when the composers, director, and lyricist came together for this film. Inspired by the Punjabi folklore of 'Mirza Sahiban', the film will hit the screens on October 7.

Radioandmusic.com did a quick review of the song.

Approaching towards to the title song of the movie, this is a folk number. With all the arrangements, we can definitely say that this is an energetic song. It would be safe to say that this type of composition hadn’t been created in recent times. Filled with precise spectacle as well as thrilling sequences, the song seems like a visual poetry. We think that flute playing alongside the voices of Daler Mehndi, Shankar Mahadevan, and Sain Zahoor is soothing and can be addictive. “Marta nahi ishq Mirzya, Sadiyan Sahiba rehti hai” – wrapped in pain, these sorts of words are stirring. Taufiq Qureshi’s rhythmic endeavour is enhancing and perfectly blends with the essence of the song.

‘Mirzya’ has been shot in the breathtaking surroundings of Rajasthan and the splendid terrain of Ladakh. The most significant thing about ‘Mirzya’ is sparkling chemistry between the two debutants. They will definitely grab the attention in classic and contemporary avatars.
