MUMBAI: On the back of their hugely successful compilation, Portrait Of A Time, indie darlings Peter Cat Recording Co. have just announced their new record Bismillah. In a personal and open message on their social media pages, the band said.

"In eight years, we learned, we shared, we grew, got married, got signed, got better, and our new album is a culmination of that journey. With it and with you the listener, we will close a chapter of our lives together and step out into a new one filled with new sounds and colours."

They asked fans to be more involved in their existence by joining their mailing list at pcrc.in and have planned a special gig at Fandom at Gilly’s Redefined in Bengaluru on Saturday, 02 March where they will play a 90-minute set including songs from their upcoming record. 

Following them will be a set by PCRC frontman, Suryakant Sawhney, aka Lifafa, who will close the evening with music from his recently released album Jaago and more.
