Farhan Akhtar exudes his love for music in 'Meer-E-Kaarwan' from Lucknow Central

MUMBAI: The second song from Lucknow Central, Meer-E-Kaarwan is out now and it furthers the passion Farhan Akhtar possesses for music.

Akhtar aka Kishen Mohan Girhotra of Lucknow Central took to Twitter to share Meer-E-Kaarwan.

The song rightly exudes Kishen's passion for music as he takes to strumming a guitar. Meer-E-Kaarwan features Gippy Grewal, Deepak Dobriyal, Rajesh Sharma, Diana Penty and Inaam-Ul-Haq in addition to Farhan Akhtar.

The song showcases Akhtar aka Kishen Mohan Girhotra playing guitar in a backdrop of a jail who aspires to become Bhojpuri singer. Meer-E-Kaarwan also takes Kishen and his friends down the memory showcasing their emotional side.

Lucknow Central exhibits the tale of a simple ambitious man caught in a tragedy that changes his life forever. The film thrives on ambition, passion, friendship, and determination.

After treating the audience with a rendition of the evergreen chartbuster Kaavaan Kaavaan, the second song from the film makes its way to the audiences, with Meer-E-Kaarwan, a heartwarming number that grows on to the listener. 

Lucknow Central  has ensemble star cast like Farhan Akhtar, Diana Penty, Deepak Dobriyal, Ronit Roy, Gippy Grewal, Rajesh Sharma, Inaamulhaq, Uday Tikekar, Sukh Kunwar to name a few.

Produced by Viacom18 Motion Pictures and Emmay Entertainment and Motion Pictures, the film is directed by Ranjit Tiwari and is slated to release on 15 September 2017.
