Shruti Pathak launches her YouTube channel 'Guzzler CafÚ'

MUMBAI: To celebrate the second anniversary of her band, ‘Guzzler’, singer Shruti Pathak recently launched her YouTube channel called ‘Guzzler Café’.

The singer will not only be putting up her singles, but will also interview artists on the channel. She will also be uploading videos of her jamming session and the unplugged versions of ghazals. The ‘Shubharambh’ singer will be hosting the shows on her channel and the content will be updated every fortnight. ‘Guzzler Café’ is powered by One Digital Entertainment.

The channel was launched with an aim to promote the genre of ghazals. “We were working on releasing my YouTube channel for a while now. The genre is niche but is very beautiful. So we thought why not come up with a channel, which gives me a freehand to promote extensively,” said Pathak.

She feels the launch of her YouTube channel will also make her work quickly on her singles as she will have to meet deadlines. “With the launch of my YouTube channel, I will be releasing my singles once a month so this is actually helping me to work on deadlines,” she added.

With the launch of the channel, Pathak is excited and a tad nervous too. “Before doing anything different, I always get a little nervous. I am already getting butterflies in my stomach. Fortunately till now I have been getting good responses from people,” said the ‘Criminal’ singer.
The first episode of Guzzler Café is already online where the songstress has interviewed singer Richa Sharma.

During her interviews with artists, Pathak will only be talking about the ghazal genre. “Since the channel was started for ghazals, my focus will remain the same. I personally love poetries, which is why I would not want to stray away,” she elucidated.

The guests on the show will be the artists who have sung the genre of ghazals extensively.

With this Pathak has also promised her fans multiple upcoming Bollywood projects.
