'Tere Hone Se' was conceived and picturised based on real life events says Madhav Mahajan

MUMBAI: singer-composer-music producer Madhav Mahajan released a beautiful song “Tere Hone Se” song on the result of the pandemic situation featuring Malang movie fame Angela Krislinzki, conceptualised and shot completely during lockdown.

“Tere Hone Se” is close to the singer’s heart as it was conceived and pictured on real life events, to people close to him and even few instances have been picked up from news and media sources. The uniqueness of the song is that it's been shot when both are in separate places. “Shooting was difficult as strict norms had to be followed during lockdown by following proper rules and regulations. So, we had to shoot at our own place for most of the song with the least number of people involved”, he adds.

The onset of the COVID-19 pandemic and subsequent lockdown in India has made people soldier oneself on working from home. The singer shared that he has learnt to make/direct videos as he needs to adapt this skill in order to shoot for “Tere hone se”. He never knew directing is such a tough job but he had to confess that he enjoyed it thoroughly.

Madhav sung and composed “Tere Hone Se”, as music is his passion he enjoyed creating and composing. He became famous with his Punjabi tracks “Blame”. “Habit”, “Mann Baawreya” and “Chann Vi Gawah”. He initially did Bollywood covers on songs like “Naina” from movie Dangal, “unforgettable love mashup” and “enna sona” from movie o.k jaanu.

The singer concludes by saying, “My only mantra is ‘Give your All in’. If you are making music with your heart and soul, your music will definitely reach your audiences. No gimmicks or tricks work. In the long run, your hard work and efforts payoff”.
