Being asked to stay home can be unnerving, especially when there's so much uncertainty. We're all adjusting to new norms together as a community: coping with boredom, processing our uneasiness, and adjusting our daily habits. The #GharBaithoIndia campaign aims to spread cheer amongst the people of India and encourages them to make productive use of their time while they stay indoors to safeguard themselves. The campaign urges people to be at their creative best and showcase the world at the same time.

The campaign has already seen engagement from general users and celebrities alike. People have been uploading videos about how they are spending time either by cooking unique recipes, showing their new home-workout routine or even the glimpses of them working from home. Popular TikTok creators such as Yuvraj Singh, Kunal Khemu, Neha Kakkar, Adah Sharma Riteish Deshmukh, Rannvijay Singh, Karanveer Bohra, Yo Yo Honey Singh, Sejal Kumar, myfriendrmn ,Shayanya Iyer, Aaariz Saiyed to name a few, have captured moments of fun, leisure and learning from their daily life while staying at home.

To kick off the campaign, creators on TikTok are dishing out original music renditions about their experience on self isolation. Various TikTok users have been using these track to make their own versions of videos on soundtracks created by Abby Viral, Tony Kakkar, Aariz Saiyed, Kartik Aaryan, and Viruss. The songs created acts as a fuel to the creativity of the citizens while they spend their time home.
