Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Li'l Champs: Shaan sings for Indian Cancer Society

MUMBAI: Singer Shaan, who is on the judging panel of popular music reality show, Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Li’l Champs has crooned a song for Indian Cancer Society. His noble feat will be broadcasted in the upcoming episode of the show, where the Cancer NGO marked their attendance.

As per the reports received from the set, Shaan joined Immanuel (a member of ICS team) to sing a song. The composition, Hum Hai Ugam was actually sung by Shaan for Indian Cancer Society and after eight years it was recreated on the sets of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Li’l Champs.

The Managing trustee Mr. Naveen Kshatriya, Trustee in charge Dr Purna Kurkure and Director Vandana Pathak of Indian Cancer society took the centre stage to share awareness about their NGO and how Cancer is not just about being cured but also the support that needs to be given to patients after he or she gets cured-physically, mentally and emotionally.

Besides, ex-participant Saujanya, who fought cancer with the help of Indian Cancer Society NGO crooned Agar Tum Saath Ho and was applauded by judges-Richa Sharma, Shaan and Amaal Mallik. While Amaal remembered his grandfather(Nana), whom he lost to cancer, post listening to her song, Richa was obliged to support the survivor.

But, it was Shaan, who stole hearts with his rendition for a cause that need acknowledgment. Wasn’t it sweet of Shaan?
