Shibani's next single on 'Enochlophobia'

MUMBAI: Shibani Kashyap, who is known for singing songs that have a social message, is gearing for her next single, which is on Enochlophobia (fear of crowds). The yet-to-be-released song Yeh Kaisi Bheed Hai is composed as well as sung by Shibani while the lyrics are penned by Rashmi Virag.

Spilling beans on her upcoming song, Shibani says, “It’s a song, which talks about fear of crowds and will be released by Zee Music Company.”

Well, fear of crowds is indeed a phobia, persisting in many people and we hope Shibani’s song has a message for them.

Besides, the singer recently sang title track of the Jimmy Shergill starrer, Gun Pe Done, which is an item number.

“I chose Gun Pe Done as I liked its tune. It gave me an opportunity to show the versatility in my voice,” Shibani reveals about choosing to sing the song.

Further speaking about her experience of working on the song, she says, “From the music director of the song, Rimi Dhar to the lyric writer, it was like a full on girl power and super fun!!! We women rocked in the studio.”

Lastly, Shibani Kashyap, who is known for her songs like Wanna Break Free, Khuda Khair amongst others will be performing in the US and Canada early July.
