MUMBAI: India’s biggest musical extravaganza – the Gaana Mirchi Music Awards Punjabi 2019 – was held on the night of 4 April 2019 at Sensation Lawns, behind The Great India Place Mall, Noida. For the first time, the awards were open to the public this year as well so that fans could watch their favourite performers win awards and perform live.

Many Punjabi celebrities and artists attended the star-studded event including Sunny Leone, Sunanda Sharma, Mankirat Aulakh, Milind Gaba, Ranjit Bawa, Sukh E, Gurnazar, and many more. The night was hosted by Bollywood actor, Aparshakti Khurana and Ankita Sharma. There were exciting performances by Sunny Leone, Milind Gaba, Mankirat Aulakh, Sunanda Sharma to name only a few.

 The award night honoured musical talent across many categories.
