T-Series defeats PewDiePie again, but with remarkable gap

MUMBAI: India’s top music label T-Series has once again defeated Swedish YouTuber PewDiePie's channel after an eyeballs grabbing battle. T-Series has achieved this global feat with a remarkable gap to become the world’s No.1 YouTube channel.

Having garnered over 91,774,917 subscribers, T-Series is currently leading by over 60,000 subscribers while PewDiePie’s subscribers are 91,705,546.

The cat-mouse battle between the two world famous channels has kept the world guessing for quite long. Even T-Series head honcho Bhushan Kumar started the #BharatWins campaign on social media, urging people to support him in making T-Series the world's most subscribed YouTube channel.

The T-Series YouTube channel began on March 13, 2006. It has 29 sub-channels and features songs and film trailers.

Besides, popular Bollywood celebrities such as Salman Khan, Arjun Kapoor, Varun Dhawan and John Abraham had joined the online battle between T-Series and PewDiePie to request netizens to subscribe to T-Series' YouTube channel.

Meanwhile, just like T-Series, PewDiePie also received support from international celebrities like opular DJ Alan Walker. He had commenced the - Subscribe to PewDiePie campaign on Twitter in order to support PewDiePie.
