'Ready To Move' is for people not having boundaries: Armaan Malik

MUMBAI: Singer Armaan Malik, who recently revealed the poster and release date of his upcoming single, Ready To Move, spilled beans on the song that features Bollywood actor Tiger Shroff.

Speaking about the song, Armaan says, “Ready To Move is actually a song for Tiger Shroff’s activewear brand, Prowl. The song is a representation of what the brand stands for. It is for people, not having boundaries and are constantly on the move. This is the spirit we wanted to bring out in the song.”

“There is a cool segment of Tiger in the video about which, I don’t want to reveal as of now,” the 23-year-old singer quizzed.

The Wajah Tum Ho singer is famous, among fans, for his romantic numbers, but with Ready To move, he has crooned for another genre to watch out for! On this, he adds, “Everyone knows me as a massive romantic singer, but with this song, I have sung for a dance number, having an international vibe. I am sure people will like the song”

Armaan’s brother and music composer, singer Amaal Mallik, has scored music for the song. “The song has Amaal’s kick-ass music and production. The video has come out to be very good,” told the Bol Do Na Zara singer.

After Sab Tera, Tiger, Amaal and I are, once again, coming together with Ready To Move. It is like a reunion, not only with them but with lyricist Kunaal Vermaa, who had, earlier, penned for our hit single, Ghar Se Nikalte Hi.

Both Armaan and Amaal have always aimed to promote independent music and given some hit singles in the past. “It is another single of ours, after our previous hit, Ghar Se Nikalte Hi. We are among the very few people who have been doing more of singles. It is providing to be a nice parallel to Bollywood. Also, it is good, when mainstream Bollywood actors like Tiger Shroff support independent music," Armaan signed off.
