But, the composer’s recent creation of patriotic music for the film, Paltan, has resonated with Independence Day, which is just a day away. Also, this is the right time, to release the song, as the industry is pouring with patriotic songs, getting the feel!

This is a special project for the composer as it was a reunite at the workplace with Javed Sahab and JP Dutta. “We have come back together after 11 years, it was very emotional. But there has never been a single day that we have never meet, our bond is like a family,” says Anu.

“But more than anything, we three got together for Paltan, is a great thing for me. Probably, he wanted to re-create the magic of Border, LOC Kargil and now Paltan,” he adds.

He also shared a tweet with pictures of the three, beautifully captioned.

The Moh Moh Ke Daage composer further speaks about how he feels, while creating a patriotic music, along with the objective behind Paltan’s title track. “The song that I have made, on the words of Javed Sahab, has got the fancy of Indian Arm Forces and the nation. When I create tunes on such theme, I keep in mind, the people and the armed forces, working selflessly for us. I wanted to create a tune for the soldiers to make them feel that they are the best.”

“I get goosebumps while composing patriotic songs, as I look at it in a very different way. We come across various genre of songs, be it a party, romantic or sad. But every Indian gets goosebumps when he/she talks about our country and every aspect of Indian Army,” adds the composer.

The song is sung by Divya Kumar, Irrfan, Adarsh and Khuda Baksh and penned by Javed Akhtar.
