Each one has a different connection with Ganeshji: Kavita Paudwal

MUMBAI: Kavita Paudwal, a singer who has been a popular name when it comes to devotional songs and also a voice to popular actresses like Kajol and Aishwarya Rai in Sapnay, Jeans and many other movies recently crooned a Ganpati track.

Kavita has been blessed with a soulful voice, just like her mother, the iconic Anuradha Paudwal. Both mother and daughter are known for creating a niche in the devotional music space. So, junior Paudwal has come up with a new devotional single Chintamani which is based on Lord Ganpati.

"Where there is God, there is hope; there are various forms of Ganpati and Chintamani is one of those forms. It means that Chintamani makes a person get rid of his Chinta (Tensions)," said Kavita while talking about the song.

She further added, "Ganpati is the only God whom people see in different ways, for some, he is a friend, for others, he is a protector; like that each one has a different connection with Ganeshji."

Kavita who also gets Ganpati, every year at her house during Ganesh Chaturthi is happy that she has come up with this video during the festive season, which she feels is the perfect time of the year to bring such a song.

The daughter Paudwal is now busy with her upcoming Navaratri project, Mata Ki Bhent, which is expected to be out by next month. She is also doing a Marathi movie which is also slated to release soon.
