MUMBAI: Newly launched online community radio boxout.fm released the second edition of their new video series, boxout sessions featuring Mumbai-based electronica producer Kumail . Boxout.fm has been designed to showcase sounds and styles that champion underground culture, not just in India but from around the world.

Monthly video series showcases live performances from up-and-coming artists and producers; Kumail performed ‘February’ from his EP, ‘From You to Blue’ on 31 May 2017.

The idea behind boxout sessions is to showcase up-and-coming artists from India and around the world through high-quality recordings of live performances.

‘Boxoutsessions’ represents boxout.fm’s first foray into the video space, where music-focused content that supplements what the radio has to offer will be shared, at the same time giving vital support to independent artists.

The latest video features electronica producer Kumail, who recently released his third EP, 'From You to Blue'. On the video, Kumail performs ‘February’, a track that is subtly influenced by hip-hop and the Los Angeles beat scene.

Boxoutsessions-001 has also featured Mumbai-based electronica and Bollywood-and-jazz-inspired producer Sid Vashi.
