Nucleya and DJ Chetas to headline Bollyboom Holi Bash

MUMBAI: Bollyboom an electro-music festival is gearing up for its second edition. This dance music party will be a seven hour non-stop scintillating celebration of India’s much-loved festival of colour with Nucleya, DJ Chetas, DJ Aman Nagpal and DJ Shireen on 13 March 2017 at Tulip Star, Juhu.

Along with a stellar lineup, the Bollyboom Holi Bash will also feature live percussionists, exotic dancers and performers and will usher in the festive mood. The event will offer a curated F&B experience for all attendees and a focus on making the overall celebration a safe and secure one.

The Holi celebration is a national festival thus, it will not be limited to one part of India. The event will also be streamed live across 20 cities which will host connected Bollyboom Holi parties in the respective cities along with local DJs and supporting acts. The event will also feature a two-way live stream allowing interactions between multiple cities during the course of the event. The Mumbai event will be attended by known celebrities, socialites as well as general audiences who will converge from different parts of the city.

With a perfect blend of Bollywood dance music and colours, the attendees will be able to immerse themselves in a carnival mood with multiple food courts and activity zones for attendees who may want to take a break from the dancing. There will be a blend of Bollywood dance, pop and club music. Apart from promoting the use of eco-friendly organic colours, the event will be water free.

Bollyboom is an existing Intellectual property, which belongs to Percept Live, forerunner that introduced a new genre called Bollywood Electro Music, a fusion of Bollywood music and electronic sounds in the festival market in India in 2013. The previous editions have seen live performances by Sonu Nigam, Salim-Sulaiman, Shaan, Shweta Pandit, Shraddha Pandit sharing the platform with DJ Lloyd, DJ Nik & AJ and Acid in various cities such as Mumbai, Delhi, Jaipur. Bollyboom is known to provide a unique live entertainment experience for Bollywood music fans and is seen in different variants across the country.

Keeping this in mind there is a strict embargo on bringing in any external colors or F&B items to the event venue. Tickets for the event are priced at Rs. 2500/- with a cover of Rs. 1000 which can be redeemed at the event for F&B. Tickets went live on 28 February on www.bookmyshow.com
