Lucky Ali opens a concert for 'fan' Ayushmann Khurrana

MUMBAI: A few days ago we at Radioandmusic.com had reported about Bollywood sensational actor-singer Ayushmann Khurrana and singer-composer Lucky Ali performing for their fans in Dubai. The gig was a part of MTV India Unplugged and it was to take place at Le Meridien Hotel. Now, we hear that the event saw a smooth run, but what caught everyone’s attention was Ali’s gesture towards Khurrana.

Ali who has devoted many years to the art opened a concert in Dubai for Khurrana who followed with his act. While the two had separate sets, Khurrana admits that it was a pleasure performing on the same stage as the veteran singer.

“I’m a huge fan of Lucky Ali whose 1997 album, ‘Sifar’, was a global chartbuster,” gushed Ayushmann, admitting he loved most of Lucky’s songs. “But ‘O Sanam’ will be my favourite, it’s so laden with nostalgia,” he added.
