Shreya Ghoshal finds utmost pleasure in singing for the South Industry

MUMBAI: Most Bollywood playback singers would shy away from openly declaring their love for regional cinema, but Shreya Ghoshal prefers to stand out.

Ghoshal, one of the leading playback singers of Indian cinema recently took to Twitter to express her love for the film music industry in the south. The 'Samjhawan' singer tweeted –"I get utmost pleasure singing for the Tamil/Telugu/Malayalam/Kannada Industry Privileged to b singing in these languages, music exists here!" (sic)

The industry down south too has showered Ghoshal with an equal amount of love and appreciation. The ‘Deewani Mastani’ singer has won nine Filmfare Awards South out of which one is for Telugu, two for Kannada, two for Tamil and four for Malayalam.

Looks like both Ghoshal and the South share a mutual admiration.
