Several acts excluded from the original line-up as Hyderabad Weekender cuts down on stages

MUMBAI: Due to unforeseeable and unavoidable circumstances, the festival organisers at NH7 Weekender had to cut down on the total number of stages, thus unfortunately affecting the acts performing at the festival’s newest addition – Hyderabad’s two-day event.

It’s been reported that a certain section of the venue – GMR Arena – remained exposed to water-flooding difficulties that marred the whole arrangement. Bengaluru-based band Parvaaz took to the social media accounts to announce the news that it would not be performing at the festival’s Hyderabad edition as a result of that. OML’s founder Vijay Nair confirmed the reports, and informed that the team at OML has managed to incorporate some of the acts on other stages.

Joining Parvaaz among the missing acts would be Baiju Dharmajan Syndicate, Ankur & The Ghalat Family, Komorebi, Black Letters, Dhruv Visvanath, Peepal Tree, Funk Assassin and Until We Last.

Here is the renewed line-up -

The Hyderabad edition of the Bacardi NH7 Weekender will be hosted at GMR Arena on 5 and 6 November.
