This October, Steven Wilson is Arriving Somewhere in India with the solo project

MUMBAI: Since Porcupine Tree performed in Mumbai seven years ago, Steven Wilson's popularity caused due to the fanbase surge has been driving the fans to repeatedly ask one question: When would Steven Wilson return to India? And the Brit Prog-rocker has finally answered the prayers. The vocalist/guitarist took to social media to announce of his plans to visit India with his solo project.

While the dates and venues are yet to be confirmed, the announcement comes as a huge development in the Wilson-India saga that had led to seven years of patience and unanswered queries. In the post, Wilson mentions - "Next up is a number of European festival appearances in July, including one in Barcelona on 2nd July with Opeth and MAGMA, and another just added on the 27th July at the Zelt-Musik-Festival Freiburg in Germany. Following that myself and the band will play India, Australia and New Zealand at the end of October."

Steven Wilson's official website would be the most visited place on the internet for Indian progressive fans in the coming days, and hopefully, the Steven Wilson project finds an appropriate venue and organisers to pull off an elaborative show that his tours are known for.
