MUMBAI: Singer-songwriter-music composer Anupam Roy is now a married man. The musician who is best known for his work in ‘Piku’ married his long-time girlfriend Piya Chakraborty yesterday (December 6, 2015). The two have been open about their relationship for a year now and speculations of them tying the knot by end of this year had been doing the rounds. Their marriage has finally silenced the rumour mills.

Roy had first revealed his relationship with Chakraborty on a social networking site. And the musician fraternity had also accepted his relationship with Chakraborty. The revelation had earned him a sea of warm wishes.

Talking about their first meeting, Piya had shared with a daily that she met Roy one spring in the heart of the city, amidst a lot of hustle-bustle, while the lover boy had expressed that he had known Piya forever and ever. We wish the couple a happy married life.
