Ghulam Ali to perform in Delhi in December: Arvind Kejriwal

MUMBAI: Pakistani ghazal maestro Ghulam Ali has agreed to regale his Indian fans at a concert in New Delhi in December, says Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.

He took to Twitter on Friday morning to express his view.

Delhi's ruling AAP on Thursday had invited the noted singer to perform in New Delhi after he cancelled his Mumbai concert following threats from the Shiv Sena.

The 75-year-old was scheduled to perform in Mumbai and Pune this week as part of the death anniversary tribute to singer Jagjit Singh. But the show in Mumbai was called off on Wednesday after the Shiv Sena threat.
