'Shaam Shaandar' gets a 'Shaandaar' release amongst students

MUMBAI: Shaandaar’s (Phantom Films and Dharma Productions) second song ‘Shaam Shaandaar’ –the film’s title track – was released in a grand way amidst students belonging to various colleges at Kshitij festival on 16 September, 2015. The event took place in the Bhaidas Hall of Mithibai College, Juhu.

The event began with the AV of the song being played for students present there, after which the film’s actors- Shahid Kapoor and Alia Bhatt graced the stage.

To make the evening even more special for the students, the stars answered their questions in a Q&A session that went on for a while. Bhatt even obliged one fan’s request for her to sing ‘Samjhawan’ from the film ‘Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania’.

The two actors also went on to share their ‘Shaam Shaandaar’ song experience. Bhatt spoke about being in awe of Kapoor’s dancing skills and confessed that his perfection made her cry. “I have cried in most of the song rehearsals. It is very difficult to match up to Shahid as his idea is to have fun while dancing, along with the technical perfection. That is why he looks all vibrant and electrifying in all his performances. I would always want to dance with him,” confessed the actress.

A few days ago, makers -Phantom Films and Dharma Productions - released the film’s first track titled 'Gulaabo'. The song grabbed enough eyeballs. We hope ‘Shaam Shaandaar’ manages to do the same.
