Huawei brings Honor 4C and Honor 4C to India

MUMBAI: After the China launch of the Honor 4C, Huawei has now brought two of its handsets- Huawei Honor 4C and Honor Bee to India.

The Huawei Honor 4C features a 1.2GHz Kirin 620 octa-core processor, Mali 450 graphics, and a 5-inch IPS display with HD resolution of 1280 x 720. It has 2GB RAM, 8GB internal storage, which can be expanded to 32GB via microSD. The smartphone has a 2550 mAh battery, and runs on Android 4.4 KitKat with Huawei’s Emotion UI 3.0.

The Huawei Honor 4C has a 13-megapixel camera with BSE sensor, LED flash, f/2.0 aperture, and 28mm wide-angle lens, and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera with 22mm wide-angle lens. On the connectivity side, the smartphone has 4G LTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, and GPS. The Honor 4C measures 143.3mm x 71.9mm x 8.8mm and weighs 162g.

Meanwhile, the Honor Bee has a 1.2GHz Spreadtrum SC7731 quad-core processor, Mali-400 graphics, and a 4.5-inch display with resolution of 854 x 480. It has 1GB RAM, 8GB internal storage and 32 GB expandable memory, a 1730 mAh battery, and runs Android 4.4 KitKat with Huawei’s Emotion UI.

The Bee has an 8-megapixel rear camera with dual LED flash, a 2-megapixel front-facing unit. Connectivity options include 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, and GPS.

Both budget smartphones were launched in India at an event on 8 May. The smartphones are priced at Rs 8,999 for the Honor 4C and Rs 4,999 for the Honor Bee.

Additionally, Honor also launched a power bank- the AP007, which has a 13000mAh battery. Available in grey, the device has a 300 charge cycle lifespan, 5V output power and three LED indicators.
