Young Talent - Western Music Recital. Soprano by Faye Monteiro. Piano by Priya Rose Kochuparampil & S. Anurag Naidu.

Faye Monteiro is a chorister and soprano soloist with many of the city's foremost choirs, including the Paranjoti Academy Chorus, The Stop-Gaps Choral Ensemble, the Newman Choir and Living Voices. She is currently taking vocal lessons from Patricia Rozario.

Priya Rose Kochuparampil passed her Grade 8 (Piano) of the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music, in 2004 and is currently preparing for her ATCL Exam under the guidance of Blossom Mendonca. She has conducted various music summer camps in Bahrain and currently teaches piano at the Theme Music Institute in Mumbai.

S. Anurag Naidu began playing the piano at the age of seven and has been trained under Sapan Tiwary, Theo Fernandez, Sam Engineer and Roshan Chowna. He has had master classes with Mary Tickner and Susumu Aaoyagi, and won the Pune Music Quest and various college competitions.

The programme will include works of Bach, Brahms, Beethoven, Chopin, Delibes, Debussy, Moszkowski, Schubert and others.
