Music Performance by Sudha Raghunathan.
Sudha Raghunathan - Purandaradasa (Purandara Vitthala) and Thyagaraja are amongst the most revered composers of south India, whose works are regarded as seminal to the development and Carnatic music. With devotion and spirituality as the core, these composers have given rise to a huge repertoire of compositions that are popular even today. Sudha Raghunathan will present some of the musical gems (kriti, kirtanam and pad) composed by these saint poets.
