The Liszt Academy of Music was founded in 1875. In 1907 it shifted to its present premises and has since then been the centre of imparting higher education and music training, besides being a concert hall. Most Hungarian musicians and composers have studied at the Academy and many of them have also performed there. We shall be able to enjoy two of the most eminent Hungarian musicians, Miklos Perenyi and András Schiff, on this DVD.
