MUMBAI: After five years of hiatus, MTV's popular VJ Ramona is back in a different role. The VJ has released her first international single 'Feel' in collaboration with Spanish singer Rickber Serrano under the label Beat Box.

Speaking on the single Ramona said, It's been a dream of mine to be a singer so �Feel' is very special to me. As I heard Rickbers' tune, I loved it and instantly the words 'There's 'something' about the way I feel tonight' came out to me. The song has a dreamy feeling to it, despite the tune being groovy....

'Feel' is Ramona's first ever collaboration with international artiste Rickber Serrano, sharing her experiences, she stated, It was amazing to collaborate with Rickber. He only speaks Spanish. I speak broken Spanish but we managed to understand each other. I am very grateful to Luis(Beat Box) and Rickber Serrano for giving me full creative freedom and trusting my talent....

Earlier, the VJ/singer had teamed up with Ashutosh Phatak for his Petri Project at South Asian Band Festival, The Petri Dish Project gave me the opportunity to sing with singers like Vivienne Pocha and Shazneen Arethna. We've done a few gigs together but our last one at the SABF was insane. The SABF is such a great concept - the Government should really invest in more such cultural activities. It's great to meet fellow musicians from our neighboring countries and hear everyone speak just one language - that of music,... she added.

The popular MTV VJ is also working on her new album and will be a part of new band titled '42'. The band comprises of Ashutosh Phatak, Papal Mane, Warren Mendonsa and Jai Row Kavi. Even though Ramona's plate is full with singing projects, the singer has not planned to quit her association with MTV; she will be judging a beauty pageant �Panasonic Face of Beauty' for the channel.
