MUMBAI: On the occasion of World Music Day, VH1 India will air a special show ‘Greatest Albums Ever,’ showcasing the best music across genres. The one and half hour show will be aired on Thursday 21 June at 7.30 pm.

The channel will air greatest albums which were released post 1980 from different genres. The album to be featured in the show includes Back To Black (Amy Winehouse), Whatever people say I am (Arctic Monkeys), Ok Compute(Radiohead), Apetite for destruction (Guns n Roses), Born to do it (Craig David), Thriller(Michael Jackson), The Joshua Tree (U2), Definitely Mayble / Morning Glory (Oasis) and  Nevermind (Nirvana).

The show will also host a debate wherein acclaimed musicians, journalists and musical aficionados will discuss factors that make albums rank on top 10 spot.
