MUMBAI: Singer Abhijeet Bhattacharya is back with a new album to his credit. To be launched by T-Series in a month, this will be Abhijeet's fifth album, two of which, Aashiqui and Tere Bina, have been chart toppers. Tere Bina, his last album, was released in 2002. The as yet unnamed fifth album marks his comeback to the non film genre.

There are likely to be six to eight tracks in the new album, not including the number of remixes which the label will soon take a call on.

Divya Khosla Kumar will direct the video of the lead track.Says the singer, "At this stage of my career, I am not keen on experimenting with my style. My audiences love me when I sing romantic numbers and this album is once again a romantic album."

Abhijeet says he is happy limiting his compositions till his albums. He acknowledges being impatient about composing music for film directors.
