MUMBAI: Renowned pop stars Shakira and Justin Bieber were honoured at the 2012 NRJ Awards for the musicial contributions.  Other International winners of the night included Rihanna, Adele and LMFAO.

Rihanna picked up the International Female Artist of the Year award while the male title was won by Mika. Adele bagged two honours for International Revelation of the Year and International Song of the Year - �Someone Like You'. LMFAO also walked away with two awards for Music Video of the Year - �Party Rock Anthem' and International Group/Duo of the Year.

The 13 annual NRJ Awards held at Cannes witnessed performances by LMFAO, Shakira, Pitbull, Coldplay, Mika and David Guetta.
