MUMBAI: After having a successful 2011 with top grossing films, India's renowned musical trio Shankar, Ehsaan and Loy is all geared up to spin their magic for the first time in Australia.

The tour will commence from 18 Feb in Sydney followed by Melbourne on 25 February. The concert will feature trio's popular tracks from the movies like Zindagi Na Milage Dobara, Don 2, Bunty aur Babli and Kal Ho Na Ho amongst others.

Indian's premier drummer Darshan Doshi will also accompany Mahadevan in a ten-piece band for a extravagant performance on their popular soundtrack like Kajra Re, Salaam-e-lshq, Uff Teri Ada, Rock On, Mitwa and Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna. The composer had recently performed at Royal Albert Hall concert in London.

Speaking on the historic tour Shankar Mahadevan said, We are so excited to perform in Australia for the first time.  The live stage offers a new dimension for us. To bring our songs off the screen and into a concert environment is a dream come true and we have been knocked out by the response from crowds who know every note intimately....
