MUMBAI: Music director duo Salim Sulaiman are all set to compose for Yash Raj Films'  untitled next, starring Anushka Sharma and newbie Ranveer Singh.

Says Salim Merchant, "There are eight songs in the film. Currently, we are recording only the third one so it is too premature to give further details."

The composer duo have already had two releases this year with Yash Raj's last venture Pyaar Impossible staring Priyanka Chopra and Teen Patti staring Amitabh Bachchan, Ben Kingsley and R Madhavan.

The duo have also given the background score for the much delayed Hrithik Roshan starer Kites the music of which is slated to be out within a month. "We are not scoring the background music for any film in this quarter. We might take few projects in the second quarter," Salim adds.

The composer duo had won applauds last year with their nomination for the 'Emmy Award for Best Music', in relation to their score for 'The Wonder Pets', an American TV show for kids that is screened in several countries of the world.
