RJ Anuraag Pandey quits Red FM, joins Fever

MUMBAI: Red FM's Mumbai RJ Anuraag Pandey, wellknown for his show, �Anuraag ke raag' has quit to join rival Fever FM.

Incidentally, Pandey will be hosting the 11 am-2 pm slot on Fever - the same slot that where he cultivated his own loyal set of listeners on Red.

The slot �Anuraag ke raag' on Red FM is currently hosted by RJ Tarun, the segment has been renamed as �Massage'. RJ Tarun who was a former Radio Mirchi jock hosting evening show, �Sunset Samosa' with RJ Neha, has joined Red FM a couple of weeks ago. On the other hand, Anuraag Pandey replaces RJ Abhinav's show, �Mid Morning' on Fever FM.

Anuraag had joined Red FM in 2004 and was associated with the station for five years. Anuraag has been associated with the radio medium for more than a decade and has many shows and stations to his credit. He joined All India Radio in 1990 and hosted shows on 107.1 MHz and 107.7 MHz simultaneously. Some of the shows to his credit include Dil Ki Baaten, Yuva Manch, Oldie Goldie, Kamaal Hai  Dhamaal Hai, Parichay etc.

From AIR he went on to join Millenium Mumbai Broadcasting's Win 94.6 FM from 2002 to 2004. With the closure of Win FM over payment of licensing fees, Anuraag Pandey along with Malishka, joined Red.

Anuraag has voiced over 1000 ad films and 100 radio ads and have been channel voice of Sanskar TV, MY Channel, Zee  Network and Star News  He has also been a ventriloquist for movies like Jesus, Na Tum Jaano Na Hum, Ek Haseena Thi, Mumbai meri jaan and 50 other movies. Anuraag had won Rapa Award for his show Kwahish... on WIN 94.6 FM Radio and 21 other radio related awards in his radio career.
