Red FM releases music of Rowdy Rathore

MUMBAI:  Red FM in association with UTV Motion Pictures has released the music of much awaited movie ‘Rowdy Rathore’ exclusively on its station.   

Comprising of six tracks the album is composed by Sajid-Wajid and penned by Samer Anjaan and Faaiz Anwar.

Speaking on the radio music launch Red FM SVP projects and programming Nisha Narayanan said, “The music of ‘Rowdy Rathore’ is brilliant, very upbeat, fun and lots of character. The association of UTV and Red FM is but natural. With UTV we have always had a very successful and rewarding association in the past and hope to continue that in the future too.”

UTV Interactive SVP voice & music Lavina Tauro said, “The album Rowdy Rathore has six upbeat and entertaining numbers which will appeal to all music lovers. Radio is an important medium today and it reaches out to cities, towns and villages across the country. With this tie-up we intend to maximize our reach with the most entertaining music of the year.”

Directed by Prabhudheva, Rowdy Rathore starring Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha is a remake of South Indian film.  The movie produced by UTV Motion Pictures and SLB Productions is slated to hit theatres on 1 June 2012.
